1. Software Usage and Licensing

Once you download and start using our gym management platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Hattrick Web Works. This agreement gives you the right to use the software under clearly defined terms. You’re granted a limited, non exclusive license that allows installation on a single domain or instance.

To keep the system secure and reliable, we don’t allow any modification, resale, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution. The Software is designed for legitimate gym operations. Use outside of that scope may result in violations of this agreement.

2. Activation Keys and License Validation

A valid license key is required to fully operate the software. You’ll need to obtain this key directly from our team. The software regularly and securely verifies your license through an encrypted connection. This helps us maintain security and ensures your software stays compliant and functional.

Licenses are active for the duration agreed upon at the time of purchase. Once a license expires or becomes invalid, the software may restrict access to certain features or cease functioning until the license is renewed.

3. Updates and Support

We are committed to continuous improvement. As long as your license remains active, you receive full access to all software updates and customer support. Our goal is to keep your management system running smoothly, with minimal disruption.

4. License Termination

If the terms in this agreement are not followed, the license may be terminated. Once that happens, the license holder must stop using the software and remove all copies from any devices or servers. The agreement stays valid until such termination occurs.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Gym Management Software is provided As-Is. While we aim to deliver a reliable solution, we don’t offer any guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, merchantability or compatibility with specific business situations.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any disruption, loss, or consequences that result from using the software. That includes loss of data, missed revenue, or business interruptions. Users install and run the software at their own risk, and it’s important they keep regular data backups on their end.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The software license grants usage rights it does not transfer ownership. Every line of code, design asset, and core function remains the intellectual property of Hattrick Web Works. You’re licensing the right to use it, not purchasing the software itself.

8. Data Access and Security

We take data security seriously at Hattrick Web Works. The Gym Management Software is built to ensure that your business information, customer profiles, and membership data are protected behind encrypted processes and role based access controls.

Access to features and data is divided into two distinct roles:

Admin: Managed by Hattrick Web Works, Admins have full access to the back end of the software for maintenance, configuration, and customization. This role exists to support updates, resolve issues, and ensure safe functionality, but does not involve automatic viewing of your gym members’ private data unless required for support or compliance.
Gym Owner: This is the primary role assigned to you as the client. Gym Owners can access all dashboard views, active license details, and ongoing usage statistics. This role does not allow direct modifications to the system or to code level components. Gym Owners cannot write or edit data unless using designated features provided in the software.

The only place where Gym Owners and Admins are allowed to update member data is through the Renewal Form. This secure form is gated and only accessible by Gym Owners/Admins. Public users or anonymous visitors cannot access this form or any associated membership data.

All interactions happen on a secure connection, and we do not expose any sensitive user or license data publicly. Regular audits and software updates ensure we remain compliant with modern data protection standards. Also, We do not collect personal data from website visitors. There is no signup or login process on our website. Visitors can review information about our software, then choose to reach out to us directly via a WhatsApp contact button or pricing inquiry.

9. Comments & Media

In the upcoming blog section, visitors may be allowed to leave comments on selected posts. When you leave a comment on the site, we will collect the data shown in the comment form.

No user-uploaded media is allowed from site visitors. We do not support or host user-generated content on any part of the public-facing site.

Inside the software, data submitted through the Renewal Form is retained only by the Gym Owner or Admin using the software, under their own management.

We do not store backup copies or retain databases unless explicitly requested as part of a managed service.

Hattrick Web Works complies with applicable software and licensing regulations in India. We do not engage in online payment (via-website) data processing or health specific data storage, so HIPAA or PCI related disclosures are not relevant.
